All purchases can be returned within 30 days from receipt.

All products must be returned unused and in impeccable condition, i.e. clean, unused, unwashed and including original hangtags. The products must be in original packaging. Please do not attach return label directly to products or original packaging.

Refunds will be credited to the payment card used for original purchase.

• Return the parcel 

Remember to ask for a receipt for the shipment as your proof of return.

Once we have received and processed your return package, you will receive an email from us regarding a refund. The handling time can be up to 14 working days from receipt of your package.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Returns outside of Denmark will be at your own initiative and cost.
